Privacy policy
What happens to your information when you use this website, in plain language.
Who we are
This website is run by Ataris Solutions (Tbilisi, Georgia). We are responsible for the personal data described here. For questions or requests, write to us:
nfcsolutionsg@gmail.com · +995 555 25 61 56
What we collect, and how
There are no accounts and no online payments on this site. The order, contact and link-change forms don't send anything to our servers: they open WhatsApp with a ready message, and you decide whether to send it.
When you message us on WhatsApp, call or email us, we receive what you write and your contact details. We use them only to answer you, prepare and deliver your order, and keep the records the law requires. WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies to messages sent through it.
Data kept in your browser
Your order list (including any design you add to it) and your cookie choice are saved only in your own browser and are not sent to us. A logo you upload in the design studio stays on your device unless you send it to us yourself. You can delete all of this at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Cookies
The site works without cookies. Analytics and advertising tools are off by default and load only if you agree in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Analytics and advertising tools
If you agree, we may use these tools to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads:
- Analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (visits, pages viewed, clicks, device and approximate location).
- Marketing: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and TikTok Pixel (which ad brought you here, and whether you contacted us).
These companies may set cookies, receive your IP address and device information, and process it outside Georgia under their own privacy policies. We never send them your messages, name or phone number.
How long we keep data
We keep messages and order details for as long as we need them to serve you, and for the period Georgian tax and accounting rules require. Analytics data is kept for no more than 14 months.
Your rights
Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, ask us to stop using it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us and we'll reply as soon as possible, within the time the law sets. You can also contact the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldata.ge).
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If we add a new analytics or advertising tool, the cookie banner will ask you again.
