Yes. Without access we can't change photos, the pin or your details. We never ask for your password: Google lets you add us as a manager of your profile and remove our access whenever you like once the work is done.
No. Google decides the ranking and nobody can promise it. We make sure your profile is complete, accurate and attractive, which gives you the best chance.
